(Got the ring, but no photo yet?) Congratulations! Popped the big question between two bagels and a marathon of Tremble Burglars? The YES has been said, the champagne is gone, and the relatives are already asking about the wedding date. But let's face it: at the moment of engagement, under the tree, in the twilight, photos taken with a phone "full of flash" rarely capture the magic you felt at that moment. And yet, this moment deserves to be more than just a vague memory in your gallery. It's time for a real, joint series, where the Christmas tree decorations are not the sharpest! What does the "Engaged Under the Tree?" package include? 45-60 minutes of you: You can choose between a studio or a romantic outdoor location. No awkwardness, just the two of you and the spark between you. 15 professional, retouched photos: The photos you will immediately want to put on your wall (or at least on Instagram). 10 extra photos: You will receive these with color and light correction – the most natural, captured moments. Online gallery: an elegant interface from which you can share your happiness with anyone. The best news for the wedding: I know that wedding planning is not a cheap pastime. That’s why I have an offer: If you entrust me with the photography of your wedding, the full price of the engagement photo shoot (39,900 HUF) will be deducted from the total amount of the wedding package! This photo shoot is practically a gift from me before your wedding. 😉
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – Viki Photo Art (Studio Photography) Last updated: September 10, 2025 By making a booking, you accept the following terms and conditions. This policy applies exclusively to studio photography sessions. Booking and Retainer A booking is considered valid once the 50% retainer is received and I have confirmed it in writing. The retainer is a fee for reserving the appointment date and capacity. Cancellation Cancellation more than 72 hours prior: The 50% retainer is refundable, after the deduction of already incurred and verified external costs (e.g., studio rental fee, booking fee). Cancellation within 72 hours: The 50% retainer is non-refundable. No-show: The 50% retainer is forfeited. The remaining balance will not be charged in this case. Rescheduling (Modification of Date) 1 occasion is free of charge, provided the request is indicated at least 24 hours before the time of the photoshoot. Modification within 24 hours: 20% of the total service fee will be charged as a rescheduling fee. Further modifications (beyond the first free occasion): Subject to consultation, but a rescheduling fee of at least 20% applies. Any already incurred external costs (e.g., studio rental/booking fee) are borne by the Client even in the case of modification, if the studio charges for them. External Costs (Studio, Subcontractors) The cancellation/modification terms of the studio rental are determined by the studio. If the studio charges a fee for the booking or does not refund it, this is borne by the Client. Any costs and cancellation terms of other subcontractors (e.g., makeup artist, hairdresser, assistant) apply according to the contract of the respective service provider. Refunds Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original source within 5–10 business days. Transaction/banking fees not refunded by the payment service provider may be deducted.
