A Partneri Program anyagaihoz való hozzáféréssel megerősíted, hogy az alábbi feltételeket magadra nézve kötelezőnek fogadod el.
A program keretében megismert információk — beleértve az árlistát, kedvezmény-struktúrát, bérlési feltételeket, a katalógus tartalmát és a közvetítői jutalékrendszer részleteit — bizalmas üzleti információnak minősülnek. Ezeket nyilvánosan (pl. közösségi médiában, weboldalon, csoportokban) megosztani, posztolni vagy harmadik félnek közvetlenül átadni tilos.
Az érdeklődőket minden esetben a Megbízó által megadott hivatalos regisztrációs linken keresztül kell a programba irányítani. A program nevében ajánlatot adni, árakat közölni vagy szerződést kötni nem jogosult.
A titoktartási kötelezettség a partneri együttműködés megszűnését követően 3 évig fennmarad. Megszegése esetén a Viki Photo Art jogosult az együttműködést azonnali hatállyal megszüntetni és a keletkezett kárt érvényesíteni.

Rental options — Limited Edition artworks only
1. Pure Rental
Rent the artwork with no purchase obligation.
The security deposit is fully refunded at the end of the rental period.

2. Rent-to-Own
Rent the artwork, and if you decide to purchase,
50% of paid rent plus the full deposit is credited toward the purchase price.
